01 — The problem

What wasn't working

A listening lounge sells a room, not a product list. What people actually needed before walking over was simple: is it open, where is it, and what does the night feel like.

Everything that mattered lived in a PDF or in someone's head, and hours had to be checked twice — once on the site, once on Google.

People needed hours, a map, and a feel for the room. Nothing else.

02 — What we built

The decisions that mattered

A nights-and-events page carries the programme, so the lounge has one place to point people rather than a stack of social posts.

Hours are wired to the Google Business Profile, so the site and the search result cannot disagree.

A map sits on the page itself. Pacific Beach is a walk-in neighbourhood and directions are the conversion.

03 — How fast

Call to live

Full website, $1,500 flat, agreed on the call before anything was built.

01

Call

Twenty minutes. Price agreed.

02

Intake

One form, one photo folder.

03

Build

One pass, no discovery phase.

04

Live

Reveal call, then handover.

04 — What changed

Where it landed

The lounge now has one address for hours, location and what is on — and it matches what Google shows.

Events no longer disappear into a feed. Each night has a page that can be linked to directly.

A flat fee, a live site, and your Monday back.
